" Nancy has been enormously generous with the plethora of information in "The Speaker's Advocate" but you do not have to be  or want to be a "speaker".

Thank you Nancy for helping me raise the bar and start to expand my thinking for my business."

Living Full Out - Foundation Principles

There are three essential principles in Living Full Out:

  1. Don't Get In The Way Of Yourself
  2. Embrace The Journey
  3. What Are You Living For?

At Living Full Out, you will learn to "adjust" and navigate through obstacles. You will "Acknowledge" the hidden gifts in your life. In turn, you will have "Accountability" to YOURSELF in realizing what you want in life, and ensuring it will happen.

Part of the Living Full Out system is to help you build a solid foundation in supporting the changes you want to make in your life. These seven principles will guide you through the process:

1. Embrace Life's Challenges

They say, "Life is a journey", part of evolving is being able to navigate through all of the bumps and curves that life presents us over our lifetime. Embracing life's challenges and learning from them is an essential step in living life full out.

2. Discover The Opportunity For Growth

Just as Christopher Columbus had the insight to be curious about the shape of the earth, people ask questions of themselves, "what is my life's purpose" and "why do things happen to me". Being on a quest of self-discovery can provide us with the potential to have amazing growth in our lives. Living life full out is about being on that quest to discover your greatest potential.

3. Seek To Master The Mind

The mind is a personal filing system; its role is to store our experiences from the past. We can choose which files inspire us, uplift us, and shape our destiny. Learning to master your mind will give you the ability to access the files - emotions or memories - that will keep you on track to live life full out, and create the life you are dreaming of.

4. Explore Resources Available

Living life full out will be a very rewarding journey when you take time to research your dreams and realize all of the resources available to you. Just imagine, you have the inner power to create the life you want with clarity and focus, and not just sit back and watch life happen. Instead, you can be excited to explore and learn to step out, onto the court, and start swinging.

5. Determine Action and Shift Your Mind Set

Mind Set plays an important role in making the commitment to living life full out. The key is to develop an inner drive to take the actions that will get you closer to your goals. New habits will need to be created as you cultivate the Mind Set that you are worth it, and that you will no longer settle. Rather, you will live life full out ON YOUR OWN TERMS.

6. Commit To Follow-Through

While change can be very exciting, the strength of your commitment may be challenged from time to time. Your new Mind Set will be essential in keeping you focused and successful in maintaining your goals. However, the most crucial step is follow-through. In learning to Live full out, you will want to be supported by sharing your goals with those who can keep you accountable.

7. Assess, Evaluate, and Revise

We naturally evolve as human beings, and with that in mind, your approach to living life full out may change as you do. You will want to continually assess where you are, and to see if your goals still match the direction you want to go. Evaluating your goals can be inspiring when you know that you can continue to expand your wings. Like a bird, you have the freedom and choice to revise a new flight plan, and soar to unlimited places whenever you wish.
